This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit cryptorevolution.money, subscribe to our newsletter or buy a subscription, why we do it, and what rights you have. We collect as little as possible: this website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party fonts or embeds.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer.
2. Visiting this website
Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (see below). Our mailing system and the contact and cancellation forms run on our own server, rented from DigitalOcean, LLC, located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (region FRA1). DigitalOcean processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Content delivery and security (Cloudflare)
To deliver the website quickly and protect it from attacks, requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address and technical request data (such as browser type and the page requested). Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded a data processing agreement including the EU standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server log files
Our server records technical data for each request: IP address in shortened form (the last part removed), date and time, page requested, status code and browser identifier. We use these logs only to operate and secure the server and delete them after 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
No cookies, no tracking
We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no data is sent to Google or other font providers.
3. Newsletter (Weekly BTC Cycle Update)
If you subscribe, we process your email address to send you the weekly newsletter. Subscription uses a double opt-in: after you enter your address, you receive an email asking you to confirm. Only after you confirm do we send the newsletter. To be able to prove your consent, we store the time of subscription and confirmation.
As a thank-you, confirmed subscribers get our ebook Profitable Investing in BTC and Altcoins as PDF and EPUB. The ebook is not tied to a separate consent and requires no further data. If you prefer not to subscribe, the same book is available on Amazon Kindle and Google Play Books.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); for the proof of consent, our legitimate interest in being able to demonstrate it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Your address is then removed from the mailing list; we keep a record of the withdrawal only as long as needed to show that we respected it.
The mailing list is managed with the open-source software Listmonk on our own server. Emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service, operated by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg, in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) region, under a data processing agreement. Amazon is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not track whether you open our emails or click links in them.
Emails may contain links to videos on YouTube, shown as an image stored on our server. No data is sent to YouTube unless you click such a link; YouTube's own privacy policy then applies.
4. Paid subscriptions (Model Portfolio)
When you buy a subscription, payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland ("Stripe"). You enter your payment details directly with Stripe; we do not see or store your full card or account details. Stripe passes us your name, email address, country, the plan purchased and the payment status. Stripe may also process data in the USA and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We use this data to provide your subscription, send you the Model Portfolio report and the handbook, and manage renewals and cancellations. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoices and payment records are kept for the periods required by German commercial and tax law (currently up to 10 years, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The handbook is delivered through a personal download link. For each link we count how often it is used, without storing IP addresses, to prevent link sharing (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Contacting us
If you email us or use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to answer you. Messages from the contact form are sent to us by email through Amazon SES as described above; no other data is collected. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for questions about a subscription, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete messages when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
6. Recipients
We share personal data only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and with authorities where we are legally required to. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To exercise these rights, email us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, Germany.
8. Automated decisions and security
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. Our server is protected with key-based access, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and regular updates.
